We prohibit all returns and refunds.

We will check that the items in each order are intact before shipping. 

Customers will receive an email from us before shipment. There will be pictures of unpackaged and packaged items in the email.

This ensures that customers know that the items are intact before shipment.

However, we are not responsible for any damage to goods on the road.

If it is a fragile item or you want to add it yourself (more bubble paper), please contact customer service and customer service will handle it for you.
